We book your site
IncludedYou pick the dates, we make the reservation
State beaches open six months out and the good sites are gone in minutes. We hold the dates, book in your name, and send the confirmation and the gate code.
Most RV concierge services are one of two things. A form that books you into the company's own resorts, or a phone number that only works once your vehicle has already broken down. Ours runs the whole trip. We book the site, work out which pad is worth having, build the days around what you want to see, and have food and ice waiting when you pull in.
23 services. 9 come with any membership, 10 are quoted per trip, and 4 need software before we can sell them at volume. That last number is listed rather than hidden.
The part that decides whether a week away is restful or a running argument about where to park.
You pick the dates, we make the reservation
State beaches open six months out and the good sites are gone in minutes. We hold the dates, book in your name, and send the confirmation and the gate code.
Which loop, which pad, what is worth the walk
Every campground has a good half and a bad half. We tell you which loop has the shade, which pads sit level, which sites back onto the road, and what is worth driving to once you are parked.
Built around what you actually want to see
Tell us who is coming and what you like. You get a day by day plan with drive times, where to stop, and what to book ahead. Change it as often as you want.
Where not to take a thirty foot rig
Low bridges, hard grades, no shoulder and nowhere to turn around. We plan the road as well as the destination, and tell you which way back down is safe once the brakes are warm.
Tickets, tours and tables along the route
Whale watching, a winery, a tee time, a table at the one restaurant that books out. We research what is near each stop and hold the reservation so it is waiting.
Park entry, fire permits, dump stations
Entry reservations, timed entry windows, fire permits and where you can legally empty a tank. The paperwork nobody thinks about until a ranger asks.
More than one rig, one plan
Rallies, reunions, weddings and race weekends. Adjoining sites, a shared arrival window and one person holding the whole thing together.
What actually goes wrong, and when
Twenty minutes on the phone covering dumping, leveling, propane, the backing up argument and what to do when the power pedestal is dead. First timers use this more than anything else we offer.
The first hour of a trip should not be a supermarket run.
Stocked and cold before you arrive
Send a list. Groceries, ice, firewood and propane delivered to your site so the fridge is full and cold when you open the door.
Chairs, grills, bikes, kayaks, generators
Everything you would otherwise buy once and store forever. Loaded before you leave or waiting at the site.
We back it in and level it
We tow it out, back it into the site, level it, connect water and power and drop the awning. You arrive in a car to a made camp.
By season, destination and who is coming
A checklist built from the destination, the month and the party rather than a generic list off the internet. Needs building against the destination data before it can be offered at volume.
The half of a concierge that the two names people know both leave out.
Not just when something breaks
Call because the weather turned, a road closed, a site fell through, the kids are bored or the fridge quit. We move the plan around and tell you what to do next.
Re routed and re booked while you drive
Snow on the pass or a fire closure ahead. We find the alternative, cancel what needs canceling, book the replacement and text you the new plan.
We find the mobile tech
Roadside cover moves the vehicle. It does not fix a slide that will not come in at four in the afternoon. We work the phones and find somebody who can come to you.
More ice, more propane, a forgotten charger
Two days in and something has run out. We arrange the delivery or tell you the nearest place that actually has it.
Where somebody goes once they decide renting is not enough. Today this is where the market hands people to a salesman.
Our network, not just our fleet
You tell us the dates, the party and the trip. We find the right unit from the yards we work with, wherever you are, and stay on as the concierge. Needs the partner directory and a rate feed before it can run.
Sourced across the network
You know the floor plan you want. We look across every yard we work with and tell you who has it and what it costs.
Unbiased, and paid by you not the lot
What the unit is actually worth, what the dealer will move on, and which extras are worth taking. Our fee comes from you, which is the only way the advice stays honest.
Condition and function, written down
Roof, seals, slides, brakes, tanks, appliances and damp. A written report you can hand back across the table.
The deal has to work both ways
We take the emotion out of the negotiation and talk through financing, insurance and whether an extended service contract is worth what they are asking.
How to actually operate the thing
A walkthrough of your own rig, on your own driveway, at your pace. Most handovers happen on a busy lot with somebody watching the clock.
Listed, filmed and put in front of buyers
A video walkthrough, an honest condition write up and a listing pushed to the yards and buyers we know. Needs the listing side of the directory built first.
The two names people know both stop short. One books you into its own nine resorts and calls that planning. The other says the concierge is for when your vehicle is disabled, which leaves the other fifty one weeks of the year uncovered. There is room for somebody who answers the whole trip.
Renting is how somebody meets us. The concierge is why they stay, and the ownership desk is where they go once they decide the lifestyle is for them. One relationship across all three.
