Start to finish
How a trip with us goes
You tell us about the trip once. We do the research, the booking and the stocking, and we stay on the phone while you are out there.
Tell us about the trip
Six questions. Who is coming, roughly where, roughly when, and how much of it you want us to handle.
We do the digging
Which campground, which loop, which pad. What is worth driving to once you are parked, and what has to be booked now before it goes.
You get a plan and one number
A day by day plan and a single total with nothing stacked on at the end. Change it as many times as you like.
We book it and stock it
The site is reserved in your name. Food, ice, firewood and any gear are at the pitch before you are.
You go, we stay on the phone
One number for the whole week. Weather, a road closure, a fridge that quits, a bored eight year old.
Paying for it
The concierge fee is $150 for one trip. It is charged when you reserve us, not when you travel, and it is the only money that comes to us.
What is not ours
The rig and the campsite are paid to whoever owns them. We never mark either up and we never take a commission from a yard. If a yard ever offers us one we will tell you rather than take it.
Before you commit
Anything we show you before the quote is an estimate built from what these trips normally cost. It is not a price and it is not a hold. Real numbers come in the quote, and you are free to walk away at that point.
The day you leave
The plan is on your phone before you pull out, with the gate code, the site number, the turn by turn and the numbers for everybody we booked on your behalf. If the rig is coming from one of our yards we meet you there and walk it with you.
While you are out
One number, the whole week. Weather, a road closure, a site that is not what was promised, a fridge that quits. We move the plan around and tell you what to do next.
