The short version
What we promise and what we charge
We sell one thing, which is our time on your trip. We do not own the rig and we do not run the campground, so these cover what we promise, what we charge, and what happens when something we booked for you goes wrong.
The fee
The concierge fee is $150 for one trip. It is charged when you reserve us, not when you travel, and it is the only money that comes to us.
It covers:
- We find and hold the campsite
- We pick the loop and the pad worth having
- A day by day plan built around your party
- Food, ice and gear ordered to arrive before you do
- One number for the whole trip, not just for breakdowns
Money that is not ours
The rig and the campsite are paid to whoever owns them. We never mark either up and we never take a commission from a yard. If a yard ever offers us one we will tell you rather than take it.
Estimates are not prices
Anything we show you before the quote is an estimate built from what these trips normally cost. It is not a price and it is not a hold. Real numbers come in the quote, and you are free to walk away at that point.
Changing your mind
| Before we start work | Everything back, no questions |
|---|---|
| After the plan is sent, more than 14 days out | Half back, and the plan is yours to keep |
| Inside 14 days | The fee is used, but nothing further is charged |
| If we cannot deliver what we promised | Everything back, whenever you tell us |
Where we stop
We are not an insurer, a roadside provider or a travel agency of record. We do not hold your money for a third party and we cannot make a park open a site it has closed. Where we book on your behalf we are acting as your agent and the contract is yours.
What you tell us
We keep what you tell us for the trip and for as long as you want us on the next one. We do not sell it and we do not pass it to a yard beyond what is needed to make your booking.
