How do I book an RV?
Pick your dates, pick a unit, and check out online. You sign the agreement and upload your license in the same flow. It takes about five minutes.
Do I have to pay in full when I book?
No. Twenty five percent holds the dates. The rest comes off the same card seven days before you leave.
How much is the security deposit?
Five hundred on most trailers, seven hundred on motorhomes, and a thousand on the big fifth wheels. It is a hold on your card, not a charge.
When do I get the deposit back?
We release the hold within two business days of a clean return. Most people see it back on the card the same week.
Can someone else drive?
Yes. Add them at checkout and we will run the same license check. There is no extra driver fee.
What is the minimum age?
Twenty one on most units. A few of the larger motorhomes need a driver who is twenty five or older. The age is listed on every unit page.
Will you deliver it?
Yes, anywhere on the North Coast and well inland. The first 20 miles from our Mendocino yard are free and the estimator on the delivery page prices the rest.
Do I need a truck?
No. We rent you one with the trailer through Enterprise Truck Rental, hitch the two together, and walk you through it before you leave. If you do own a truck, every unit page lists the weight so you can check it.
What can tow these trailers?
Every unit page lists its dry weight and hitch. Match that to what your truck is rated for, and if you are not sure, text us the year and model of your truck.
Are pets allowed?
In most units, yes. Add the pet fee at checkout. Two pets maximum.
Can I smoke in it?
No. Smoking inside costs the full cleaning charge and we have to pull the unit off the calendar.
How many miles do I get?
Motorhomes come with a hundred free miles a day and then charge per mile after that. Trailers have no mileage limit because you are pulling them.
What happens if it breaks down?
Call the number on your agreement. Roadside is included and we dispatch it. If the unit cannot be fixed we refund the nights you lost.
Can I book last minute?
Often yes. The calendar on the fleet page is live, so anything you can select is actually open.
What if my plans change?
Tell us early. More than thirty days out is a full refund and inside a week we will try to move you instead.
Why book direct instead of a marketplace?
