The rig
Something is wrong with it and the trip stops until it is fixed. She works the cheapest and most likely check first, the same order a good mechanic would, and she says it plainly when the answer is that you should not drive it.
The concierge, by text
Sally is the part of the concierge that never sleeps. She is an assistant, not a person, and she says so when anybody asks. A real concierge reads every thread and picks up the ones that need a human.
Sally answers here in the browser. The travel and repair line is a different number, and it is 909-259-RVDR.
Hello. Sally here at RTA. What is going on with the rig, or where are you trying to get to?
Every word here goes to a real assistant and the answers are not scripted, so she will say something different to you than she said to us.
Text her your member ID and she has your trip in front of her. Your rig, your dates, where you are going and what is still owed. Ask her to change something and she writes it down for the desk rather than pretending she can move it herself.

That card belongs to a made up customer on the demo board who is out on a trip right now. Text it to her and watch the thread land on that trip in the back office.

How far is too far in a day. Which pass not to take a long rig over. Where the dump station is and what the season does to the coast. She knows the places we send people because they are the places we book.
Somebody has to tell the story once the marshmallows are gone. She has a library of them and she asks how old the children are before she picks one.
The line matters more than the feature, so here it is in full rather than in the small print.
She can be wrong, the same as anybody answering a question about a vehicle they cannot see. Do not do anything on a rig that you are not comfortable doing, check anything that matters for safety against the manual, and if it is not safe to drive then stop and ring the desk on (909) 259-7837.
On one of our rigs she talks you through checks rather than repairs. Opening a sealed panel, working on gas, taking a part off, getting under it or going on the roof is the yard's job, and she will tell you to ring us rather than talk you into it.
A person at the desk reads the threads, so write as though somebody will. The conversation is deleted after ninety days by a job that runs every night, and you can have it gone sooner by sending her the words forget me, which empties it while you wait. Send stop and she stops texting. Nothing is sold and no advertiser sees any of it. The whole of it is on the privacy page, written off what the software actually does rather than off a template.
Do not send a card number, a license number or a date of birth by text. She is told to refuse them and the desk will take those properly.
