Sedona in an RV
Red sandstone buttes standing over a small town, with trails leaving from the edge of the pavement. Most people give it 3 days.
When to goMarch through May and September through November. Summer is hot but survivable at four thousand feet.
What fitsUp to 32 feet. Loop roads in the park are narrow, the turns are tight and most sites are cut for something short.
What catches people outOak Creek Canyon campgrounds are tight and lovely. The switchbacks north of town are steep.
