What is wrong. Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2025 Arcadia and Cougar trailers equipped with Curt Helux Pin Boxes. The pin box fasteners may have been improperly tightened.

What can happen. The fasteners can loosen and fall out, allowing the towed vehicle to detach from the pin box and increasing the risk of a crash.

The fix. Dealers will tighten the pin box fasteners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 10, 2025. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 24-459.

What can happen. A missing backer board may cause the wardrobe slide room to extend out of the opening, increasing the risk of injury.

The fix. Dealers will inspect and if necessary, install steel brackets to stop the slide room when opening, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2023. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 23-444.

What is wrong. Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2022 Alpine, Impact, Arcadia, Avalanche, Fuzion, and Passport travel trailers, equipped with a 50-amp shore power inlet. The power inlet lug bolts may have been manufactured with excessively hard metal, preventing them from being tightened properly and resulting in a loose wiring connection.

What can happen. Loose wiring can cause an electrical arc or short, increasing the risk of fire.

The fix. Dealers will inspect and replace the power inlet, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 11, 2022. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 22-428.
